With an overall area of over 150 ha, Vale Pisão – Golf & Nature Resort is planned to hold over 400 luxury housing units. A pool of architects was setup to develop concept ideas for Phase IV, with aprox. 100 units, in which a PIP was based and approved by the local authorities.
